I picked up a Grand Trunk hammock and it’s been doing really well so far. The fabric feels sturdy without being too bulky, and the stitching seems nicely done. I’ve taken it on a few trips already and it’s handled everything just fine. It’s not absolutely perfect, but overall I’m happy with it and it definitely feels built to last...

The designs are nice overall, but I was a little annoyed by how few color choices there were. I spent way too much time clicking around trying to find something that matched what I wanted, which just felt like wasted energy. It looks decent, but more colors would make it a lot better.

I ordered from grandtrunk.com and the setup was straightforward. I was kind of feeling pressured to get it done quickly, so I was glad I didn’t have to hunt around too much to figure things out.
The instructions were simple enough, and I had it ready faster than I expected. I did miss one step at first, probably because I was trying to move too fast, so it took a few extra minutes.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the whole process was smooth, just not completely perfect. Still, it wasn’t a hassle, and I’d definitely use it again

Dealing with the warranty claim was disappointing. It took them a while to respond, and then they asked me to send the same photos again, which felt unnecessary. I did eventually get an answer, but the whole thing was such a hassle that it felt like they were hoping I’d just give up

I’ve had my Grand Trunk hammock for a while now, so I wasn’t totally sure if the newer accessories I ordered would fit it. Thankfully, everything clipped on super easily and worked just like it was supposed to. It reminded me why I’ve stuck with this setup for camping trips and lazy backyard weekends. No extra parts, no confusing setup, just simple and easy. I’m happy with it and would definitely order again

I bought this thinking it would be a comfortable fit, but it felt way smaller than I expected. I’m not even especially tall, and I still had to keep shifting around like I was begging it to let me get comfortable, which got annoying fast.

The weight limit also doesn’t feel very realistic to me. It sagged a lot when I used it and made me uneasy the whole time, and I ended up feeling resentful that I spent money on something that didn’t feel sturdy or comfortable. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I really wanted to like this, but nope. Using it was painful, like some little torture gadget pretending to be helpful. Definitely not comfy at all.

I ordered from Grand Trunk and ended up needing to exchange something because the size was off. The return steps were clear once I found them, but it took longer than it should have to track down all the info, which was kind of ridiculous.
Customer service did get back to me and they eventually handled everything, just not as quickly as I hoped. I did get the exchange in the end, so it wasn’t a total headache, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

I ordered a specific color hammock from Grand Trunk because it was supposed to be a gift, but the one that showed up was a totally different color. I know that might not sound like the biggest deal, but when you’re buying something for someone else, it’s frustrating to not get what you picked out.
Customer service did eventually get back to me, but the whole process felt kind of slow and like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the mistake. The hammock itself seems fine, I just wish they had sent the right item the first time or handled the fix a little more smoothly

I took this hammock out on a weekend camping trip it was comfortable at first. But after a while the straps started slipping a bit, and after some light rain the fabric stayed damp way longer than I expected. It also packed down bigger than I thought it would, which was kind of annoying when I was trying to keep my gear light. I reached out with a couple questions and felt a little talked down to, like I just didn’t know how to use it properly, which wasn’t great. I think it’s probably fine for the backyard or a quick hang at the park, but I wouldn’t really trust it for rougher camping trips. Shipping was fine, at least

I think it was worth it for what I paid. The product was a "good deal" overall, though the shipping did feel a little slow...

I was thinking, okay, will this actually fit without making my bag a mess? But yep, it fits super easily and doesn’t take up much space at all. Very convenient to pack and go.
